Actually, the track that was refurbished as of yesterday is one of the earliest to have been released on Spotify, originally available on July 9, 2007.

Titled Psychopath, the track was first created on April 25, 2009, according to the file metadata, and officially released via RecordUnion on July 9, 2009. The initial release appears to have been a test version, as the cover art used RecordUnion’s default placeholder image due to the lack of custom artwork.

The track is also based on quotes from American Psycho (2000).

At the time, the artist name was TMM, which later caused complications on Spotify due to several other artists sharing the same name, leading to confusion and the track being incorrectly associated with them. As a result, I eventually withdrew the track from the platform. Now, it is being re-released with a corrected artist name, both in its original form and as a refurbished edit, featuring a few additional elements and adjusted samples.

At present, I am unsure why I initially chose to upload this particular track (along with Bloodline), as they were not of the highest quality. However, as I have now begun a thorough review of old material and “remixables”, Psychopath is being uploaded to Spotify once again—if possible, as SoundCloud tends to be quite problematic with certain types of content.
